• Strong communication and organizational skills for client interactions.
• Experience using Salesforce, company web resources, apps, social media, and industry tools.

• Meet new client and revenue goals/expectations as determined by leadership.
• Maintain relationships with existing client base in collaboration with escrow officers and management.
• Lead escrow offices and escrow teams using a consultative sales approach.
• Identify and convert qualified prospects to new customers to augment client base.
