Job summary

Old Republic Title's Western Title Division seeks an Account Executive to drive new business in the California market. You will generate leads, close deals, and collaborate with escrow officers to deliver title and closing services to clients.

The role requires developing a yearly business plan, meeting revenue goals, and using Salesforce and other tools to record activities. Travel within the region and strong relationship building are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting revenue goals in a territory.
• Proven ability to develop new business and expand client base.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Skilled with CRM tools and industry resources.

Responsibilities

• Meet new client and revenue goals/expectations as determined by leadership.
• Maintain relationships with existing client base with escrow officers and management.
• Lead and support associate sales efforts on all levels.
• Identify and convert qualified prospects to new customers.
• Record activities in Salesforce and other company resources as directed.
