Job summary

Near North Title Group is seeking self-starting Account Executives to grow our national title insurance and escrow services in the Florida market. You will promote our title insurance, escrow, construction escrow, and 1031 Exchange operations, while building long-term client relationships.

The role rewards a proven sales record, a wide industry network, and the ability to travel regularly to meet quotas and support clients after hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of title or real estate sales experience.
• Results-oriented professional with a proven track record of high performance.
• Existing contact list and relationships with key industry players.
• Strong accountability and exceptional territory management skills.
• Experience meeting sales quotas in highly competitive markets.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly and work after hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Employing results-focused business development practices to achieve sales goals.
• Establishing positive and proactive relationships with clients.
• Promptly submitting complete and accurate title orders.
• Conducting sales presentations, cold calls, and other appointments while maintaining accurate records.
• Attending trade shows, conventions, seminars, and real estate events.
• Staying informed about customer and competitor activities.
