Job summary

Near North Title Group is seeking self-starting Account Executives to drive growth in the title and real estate services space. You will promote our title insurance, escrow, construction escrow, and 1031 Exchange operations, building long-term relationships and exceeding sales targets.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in title or real estate sales, an established network of lenders, agents, attorneys, developers, and commercial lenders, and a proven ability to travel and work after hours as

Qualifications

5+ years of title or real estate sales experience.
Existing contact list and relationships with key industry players.
Strong accountability and exceptional territory management skills.
Experience meeting sales quotas in highly competitive markets.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly and work after hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Promote our comprehensive range of services and generate new business.
Establish positive and proactive relationships with clients.
Submit complete and accurate title orders promptly.
Conduct sales presentations, cold calls, and appointments with proper record-keeping.
Attend trade shows, conventions, seminars, and real estate events.
Stay informed about customer and competitor activities.
