Near North Title Group in Florida seeks an Account Executive to drive business development in title insurance, escrow, and related services. You will leverage an existing industry network, present solutions, and manage client relationships from initial contact through closing.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in title or real estate sales, a proven quota track record, and willingness to travel. This role offers an entrepreneurial environment with growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of title or real estate sales experience.
• Existing contact list and relationships with key industry players.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work after hours as needed.
• Strong accountability and territory management skills.
• Experience meeting sales quotas in highly competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Employing results-focused business development practices to achieve sales goals.
• Establishing positive and proactive relationships with clients.
• Promptly submitting complete and accurate title orders.
• Conducting sales presentations, cold calls, and other appointments while maintaining accurate records.
• Attending trade shows, conventions, seminars, and real estate events.
• Staying informed about customer and competitor activities.
