Sarma is seeking a 3rd Party Collections Manager to lead the Third-Party Collections Department, driving performance, compliance, and client satisfaction. You will oversee strategies, workflows, and staff, ensuring targets are met while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

The role collaborates with Executive Management, Compliance, Accounting, and Sales/Client Services to align with client expectations and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred in business/management/finance.
• Proven leadership experience in third-party collections.
• Strong knowledge of collection practices and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coaching, training, and evaluating staff.
• Ability to manage performance metrics and drive recoveries.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities and performance of Third-Party Collectors.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly, monthly performance targets.
• Provide coaching and training to staff; conduct evaluations.
• Develop collection strategies and oversee account portfolios.
• Coordinate with other departments and clients as needed.
• Address performance issues with corrective actions when required.
