Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a strategic Manager II, Enterprise Collections to lead our Enterprise Collections organization within the Order to Cash function. You will drive collections performance for a portfolio of enterprise customers, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to support timely cash collection while delivering a strong customer experience.

You will coach and develop analysts, manage escalations, and scale the operating model through process

Qualifications

5–7+ years in Order-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Billing, or Shared Services.
3–5+ years of supervisory/people management experience.
Strong knowledge of OTC/AR processes, including collections and dispute management.
Effective cross-functional communication with senior leadership.
Ability to drive process optimization and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own collections performance for a portfolio of enterprise accounts with focus on cash outcomes and customer experience.
Provide guidance and coaching for collections analysts and specialists.
Lead strategic initiatives to meet collections targets and align with OTC goals.
Manage escalations and customer communications on complex accounts.
Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, CS, FinSys, Treasury to resolve invoicing issues.
Drive process improvements and automation to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Participate in reviews of OTC policies and SOX controls with senior leadership.
Represent OTC/Collections in cross-functional initiatives.
Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, high-performing team.
