Job summary

Samsara Inc. is seeking a Manager II, Enterprise Collections to lead our enterprise collections organization within the Order to Cash function.

You will drive collections performance for a portfolio of enterprise customers, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Legal and Finance to support timely cash collection while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. You will hire, coach and develop a high-performing team, manage escalations, and scale the operating model through process

Qualifications

5-7+ years in Order-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Billing or Shared Services.
3-5+ years of supervisory/people management experience.
Ability to drive objectives through others and deliver results.
Strong knowledge of OTC/AR processes and governance (SOX).
Excellent cross-functional communication with senior leadership.
Ability to drive automation initiatives using CRM/ERP data.

Responsibilities

Own collections performance for enterprise accounts and balance cash outcomes with customer experience.
Coach and develop collections analysts and specialists.
Lead strategic initiatives to meet collections targets and align with OTC goals.
Manage escalations and communications on complex accounts.
Collaborate with Sales, Legal, CS, and Finance to resolve issues and unblock payments.
Drive process improvements and automation for efficiency and UX.
Ensure SOX controls and OTC policies are followed and updated.
