Job summary

The Remedy Group is seeking an experienced Therapy Operations leader in Illinois to guide 4–8 managers and their teams. You will drive performance, quality, and program scalability while managing key manufacturer and provider relationships.

Qualifications include PharmD or active RPh licensure, a bachelor’s degree, and 1–8 years in specialty pharmacy leadership. MBA/MHA is preferred. Strong presentation skills and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• PharmD or active licensure as a pharmacist.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MHA preferred.
• 1-8 years in specialty pharmacy or complex therapy leadership.
• Experience managing managers and building high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of rare disease workflows and regulatory/accreditation standards.
• Strong manufacturer-facing, client-management, and executive presentation skills.
• CareTend, CPR+, or SPRx experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 4-8 Therapy Operations Managers and their teams.
• Oversee performance, productivity, quality, patient safety, and program scalability.
• Manage relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, providers, and health systems.
• Lead business reviews, performance discussions, and operational escalations.
• Establish KPIs and turn performance data into actionable improvements.
• Strengthen SOPs, workflows, staffing models, and operational processes.
• Partner with Clinical, Intake, Reimbursement, Quality, and Patient Services teams.
• Present program updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
