Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a proactive Infusion Pharmacy Manager to lead day-to-day infusion operations across locations in Illinois. You will supervise pharmacy staff, partner with clinical, operational, and financial leaders, and ensure high-quality infusion services and patient access.

The role requires a PharmD, active Illinois license, and at least 5 years of pharmacist experience, with 3 years in progressive leadership within infusion or related operations.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with PharmD and active Illinois license.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacist experience.
• At least 3 years in progressive leadership within infusion or specialty pharmacy.

Responsibilities
