- Strong healthcare provider and strategic-account relationships.
Responsabilités
- Recruit, coach, and develop Account Executives.
- Lead field rides, performance reviews, sales meetings, and business reviews.
- Establish regional sales plans, goals, and performance expectations.
- Drive referral growth across specialty and complex therapies.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers and strategic accounts.
- Monitor sales activity, market trends, CRM usage, and regional performance.
- Identify growth opportunities and adjust strategy based on results.
- Partner with commercial leadership on broader growth initiatives.
