Job summary

The Remedy Group is seeking a licensed pharmacist to lead rare disease specialty pharmacy launches from contract award through go-live and post-launch stabilization. You will serve as the primary manufacturer contact and direct cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely launches.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in specialty pharmacy or related operations, strong project management and client-facing communication, and familiarity with CareTend workflows. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in specialty pharmacy, clinical operations, or patient services with a track record leading launches or operational-readiness.
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy workflows (intake, reimbursement, dispensing).
• Exceptional project management, client-facing communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialty pharmacy implementations and product launches from planning through stabilization.
• Serve as the primary manufacturer partner throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Develop launch plans, timelines, workflows, and SOPs while coordinating staff training and testing.
• Align pharmacy operations, hub services, REMS, cold-chain distribution, and reporting requirements across teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent launches, track risks, monitor KPIs, and lead post-launch reviews.
