The position is remote with travel required, targeting ongoing improvement of processes, patient outcomes, and reimbursement performance in long-term care facilities across the Northeast US.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with management experience in long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of PDPM, reimbursement rules, and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across facilities within the area.
• Analyze processes for regulatory compliance and reimbursement performance.
• Train and support facilities to implement best practices.
• Audit assessments and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations and patient care.
