Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Clinical Program Director who will shape and execute the clinical strategy for pharmacy, medical and integrated products. The role leads development of a portfolio of specialty programs and collaborates across clinical, technical, operational and business teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements include PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, pharmacist license, and at least 3 years in PBM or managed care. Travel up to 25% is required.

Formación

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree.
Current pharmacist license to practice in applicable states.

Responsabilidades

Develop clinical solutions and strategic roadmaps for pharmacy, medical and integrated products; oversee development and implementation of product solutions.
Lead or support Specialty and Clinical program and product teams in development and maintenance of additional specialty solutions.
Maintain knowledge of key economic and clinical industry trends.
Provide insight into competitor products and services.
Partner with Health Outcomes/Analytics, Pharmacy Trade Relations, Pharmacy team, Claims Operations/Clinical Operations, Technology and Architecture, Networks for product strategy and management.
