Power Plus in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a go‑to sales professional to expand portable equipment sales across municipalities and direct users within the state. You will build relationships, identify opportunities for service and re-rent, and drive revenue growth with an uncapped commission structure.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in capital equipment sales, a working knowledge of portable power equipment, and strong CRM and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in Capital Equipment Sales or related field.
• Experience with portable power equipment, compressors, pumps preferred.
• Ability to present information clearly to groups and handle questions.

Responsibilities

• Grow portable equipment sales and market share in Arizona territory.
• Penetrate municipal and direct end-user markets; expand relationships.
• Develop and execute sales strategy to meet revenue and market targets.
• Maintain positive relationships; identify opportunities for service and re-rent.
• Provide accurate reporting on pipeline, activities, and progress.
