Power Plus in Southern California seeks a results-driven sales professional to expand portable equipment sales, including generators, air compressors, pumps, light towers, and battery power systems. You will develop relationships with municipalities and direct users, using CRM to manage pipeline and drive revenue growth within the territory.

The role requires a minimum of three years in capital equipment sales, familiarity with portable power gear, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM

Formación

• Minimum of three years of related work experience in Capital Equipment Sales to rental or civil construction industries preferred.
• Experience with portable power equipment, compressors and pumps is preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of computer and smartphone applications including Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Grow portable equipment sales and market share in the designated territory (Southern California).
• Penetrate municipal equipment market and direct end-user sales through strategic account management.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share targets.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and identify opportunities for service or re-rent.
• Prepare informative reports and use CRM to track pipeline, activities, and status.
