Job summary

Power Motive Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover a defined geographic area in Phoenix, AZ. You will target heavy equipment contractors and related sectors, with the aim of selling, leasing, or renting equipment.

The role requires strong relationship-building, negotiation, and cold-calling skills, plus experience using CRM systems to track leads and forecasts. A valid driver's license is required and a base salary plus commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required.
• Background in Heavy Equipment Sales strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the defined territory.
• Make cold calls and nurture existing accounts to grow the territory.
• Keep updated records of calls, leads, and sales forecasts in the CRM.
• Coordinate with customers on leasing or rental options and financing.
