Job summary

Power Plus is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop and expand our portable equipment portfolio across Northern California. You will build and manage relationships with municipalities and end-users, driving revenue growth and market share with a focus on generators, compressors, pumps, light towers, and related systems.

The role emphasizes strategic account penetration, CRM-driven activity tracking, and ongoing collaboration with management to meet territory objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' capital equipment sales experience (rental or civil construction preferred).
• Experience with portable power equipment, compressors and pumps preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Grow portable equipment sales and market share in the designated territory.
• Penetrate municipal equipment market and direct end-user sales.
• Develop strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share targets.
• Maintain relationships with customers and identify opportunities for service/re-rent.
• Assess customer applications to recommend the correct product.
• Provide reporting on activities measuring progress toward goals.
• Use CRM to manage pipeline, proposals, contacts and notes.
• Represent Power Plus values at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
