Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation is seeking a Territory Portfolio Manager in Los Angeles or San Francisco to drive portfolio growth, manage service sales, and ensure adherence to policies while delivering strong customer outcomes.

You will lead meetings, coordinate with the Service Business Line and strategic accounts, develop relationships with customers and internal teams, and monitor KPIs to close performance gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Prior people leadership experience preferred.
• Elevator industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio growth in the territory with service sales priorities.
• Oversee sales meetings, proposals, pricing, and performance gaps.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide reporting and resources to identify opportunities.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and campaigns.
