You will collaborate with field teams to drive leads, negotiate contracts, and present value-added solutions while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the elevator or related industry.
• Strong in building and managing client relationships to drive revenue and renewals.
• Experience negotiating contracts and developing sales strategies in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage favorable client relationships within a designated sales territory to secure and renew service agreements.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to meet sales objectives.
• Collaborate with Field Superintendents and technicians to drive lead generation and ensure a positive customer experience.
