Job summary

The Hershey Company in Chapel Hill, NC seeks a Territory Sales Lead to drive store level sales and manage promotions with high-volume retailers. You will implement merchandising plans, ensure 100% distribution of Hershey items, and lead the sales process with KDMs.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED, with a 2-year degree or 3 years sales experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory are required.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate/Community College degree required OR 3 years of previous sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative business relationships with customer Key Decision Makers (KDMs).
• Develop and execute action plans to increase sales with KDMs and cultivate influential contacts.
• Analyze store, product, and market data to guide decisions and improve sales.
