Job summary

Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. in the United States seeks a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in primary care, urology, and women’s health across an assigned geography.

You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage key accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launches and market access. Travel up to 60–80% is required with strong communication and analytic skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Business or Life Sciences.
• 3–5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or relevant experience.
• Demonstrated mastery or aptitude to learn product and disease state knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results by leading and implementing effective sales strategy in an ethical and compliant manner.
• Overcome obstacles and meet objectives.
• Develop and execute an effective business plan aligned to sales strategy.
• Prioritize and call on customers at optimal frequency to influence prescribing behaviors.
• Prepare and execute pre-call planning for HCP engagement.
