Top Notch Dock & Door seeks a field-based Outside Sales Representative to own a dedicated geographic territory in Georgia. This hunter-focused, high-earning role emphasizes consultative B2B sales and the ability to turn PMs into multi-year accounts.

The position offers a high-margin commission, a fully recoverable draw, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in overhead doors, loading docks, or related industrial equipment is a plus.
• We will train candidates with proven account-building drive.

Responsibilities

• Land new commercial accounts by securing Planned Maintenance Agreements (PMs).
• Walk facilities, identify recurring equipment failures, and sell retrofits, replacements, and capital upgrades.
• Expand the territory by converting emergency service calls into long-term maintenance contracts across distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and property management groups.
