Job summary

Syneos Health is launching a brand new rare disease GI/Hepatology team. The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will drive sales in an assigned geography, delivering high-impact clinical presentations and building strong physician relationships.

You will analyze market data to craft strategic territory plans and collaborate with FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, and Operations teams. The role requires 7+ years in pharma/biopharma sales, GI/Hepatology experience, autonomy, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• BA/BS degree required.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience preferred.
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in the territory.
