Job summary

EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager for the Midland, TX Advanced Solutions rental facility. You will expand our customer base by building relationships with contractors and principals, manage territory strategy, and drive revenue through a mix of base salary and uncapped commission.

The role requires hands-on sales execution, CRM usage, and collaboration across on-site and remote job-site activities. Competitive compensation includes base salary and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Tenacious and innovative with proven outside sales experience.
• Pump, Power & HVAC equipment knowledge (power generation, fluid solutions, heating & cooling) is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Technical aptitude to learn EquipmentShare products/services.

Responsibilities

• Territory management of a geographical area and full sales strategy execution from market analysis to revenue growth.
• Respond to inbound leads and requests; familiarity with CRM systems.
• Develop new business and expand existing customer base by engaging contractors and principals.
• Maintain and nurture relationships and inform customers of new solutions to improve their business.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and conduct sales presentations to prospects and clients.
• Develop sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
• Support job site activities and projects, both remote and on-site.
