The Mutual Group is seeking a Field Territory Manager to lead distribution strategy across designated regions in the United States. You will build and manage agency relationships, develop territory plans, and drive profitable growth through collaboration with underwriting, marketing, and product teams.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with travel to agency partners about two to three weeks per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Travel up to 2–3 weeks per month for agency visits.
• Professional designations (CIC, CPCU, ARM, P&C License) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship leader for assigned agency partners.
• Develop executive-level relationships with agency principals and producers.
• Drive territory business plans and growth with distribution partners.
• Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, product, and other partners.
• Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular business reviews.
