Job summary

Unilever is hiring a Territory Development Manager in Los Angeles to drive sustainable growth with Operators, Local Chains, and Trade Partners. You will create demand through multi-touchpoint strategies online and face-to-face, delivering targets for turnover, reach, and penetration.

You will build JBPs with trade partners, manage promotions and distributor programs, and leverage CRM and data to optimize engagement and sell-out across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Local Chain Accounts and Operator Customers to deliver targets for the assigned Territory, including turnover, reach, penetration, and digital engagement.
• Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Trade partners, including trade term agreements, sell-out activities, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Trade & eComm teams to execute promotions and ensure stock availability to drive sell-out; manage distributor trade claims.
• Drive 100% engagement on automated and CRM-driven warm leads and convert territory leads; implement omni-channel contact strategy.
