Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Territory Development Manager in the United States (New Jersey area) to drive sustainable growth by engaging Operators, Local Chains and trade partners. You will execute demand creation plans, manage distributor partnerships, and leverage CRM for 100% lead engagement and consistent pipeline conversion.

The role includes meeting turnover targets, leading CBPs, and delivering innovative promotions with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Local Chain Account and Operator Customers, delivering business targets for the Territory including Turnover, Reach & Penetration & digital initiatives.
• Execute CBP (Customer Business Plans), Win & Retain funnel, Contact Matrix and a multi touchpoint online/offline strategy.
• Convert Business Insights into Solution Selling to highlight Unilever’s capabilities in food trends and menu solutions.
• Lead customers with recommendations tailored to their menu, kitchen operation and consumer.
• Drive 100% engagement on automated warm leads and targeted CRM-driven leads; convert leads in territory.
• Collaborate with Trade & eComm teams to implement promotions and ensure stock availability to drive Sell-out.
