Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of tendering or proposal management experience.
- Experience with technical products or industrial solutions preferred.
- Knowledge of transformers, power systems, or electrical equipment is an advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Review RFQs and sales opportunities to understand customer requirements.
- Lead the preparation of bids, quotations, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, and sales teams to develop winning proposals.
- Analyze technical specifications and align solutions with customer needs.
- Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Coordinate risk reviews and internal approval processes.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant proposal submissions.
- Support contract award activities and project handover to execution teams.
