You will ensure compliance with regulations, develop pricing strategies, and drive continuous improvement in tendering processes, contributing to our global leadership in sustainable energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in tendering, bid management, proposal development, or quotation preparation.
• Strong analytical skills interpreting technical, commercial, and market data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tendering/CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents to identify customer requirements, scope, and expectations.
• Develop accurate and competitive quotations using cost analysis and market benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical, commercial, and operational inputs.
• Manage tender schedules and coordinate activities for timely, high-quality submissions.
• Evaluate bid opportunities and support bid/no-bid decision-making.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to bids, contracts, and cost estimates.
• Maintain compliant documentation and perform quality reviews throughout the process.
• Build relationships with customers and support a seamless bid experience.
