You will review tender documents, prepare quotations, and coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations to meet deadlines while managing risks and ensuring quality throughout the tendering process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3 years of tendering, bid management, or proposal development experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tendering, ERP, or CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Review tender and bid documents to understand customer requirements and scope.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations using cost analysis and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to gather inputs.
• Manage tender schedules to ensure on-time submissions.
• Evaluate bid opportunities and support bid/no-bid decisions.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to bids, pricing, and estimates.
• Maintain compliant documentation and perform quality checks.
• Engage with customers to clarify requirements and build trust.
