You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, partner with engineering leaders, and utilize data to optimize hiring metrics. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing settings, strong technical acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills. A BS in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in automotive or manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to fill engineering and technical roles in a high-volume or highly specialized environment.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts such as thermal systems, HVAC, e-mobility, and automotive electronics.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing, and onboarding.
• Partner closely with engineering and product leadership to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including mechanical, electrical, thermal, and systems engineering.
