Advanced Technology Services is seeking a recruitment professional to manage the full recruiting lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. You will source, interview, extend offers, and onboard new talent while partnering with internal leaders to forecast hiring needs.

The role emphasizes delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, coaching interview teams, and maintaining compliant documentation. A manufacturing recruiting background and strong communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; two years recruiting experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with social networking and social media recruiting.
• Recruiting in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support all activities in the recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs.
• Execute recruiting plans using diverse sourcing strategies and direct sourcing.
• Provide best-in-class candidate experience and coach interview teams.
• Maintain compliant documentation and drive continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition.
