Jetseal, Inc. in Spokane seeks a hands-on Sales Manager to develop new business and expand market share within existing accounts and target segments.

You will lead technical sales pursuits for Jetseal, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Contracts, and Program Management to convert opportunities into profitable business. The role requires in-depth product/application knowledge and the ability to discuss seal performance across temperature, pressure, vacuum, and cycle life with engineers and

Qualifications

Experience in B2B technical sales and account growth.
Ability to discuss engineering concepts and specifications with customers.
Proven track record of leading complex, long-cycle sales pursuits.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute market, account and business-development plans.
Identify whitespace and opportunities; convert into pursuit plans.
Lead strategic relationships, negotiations, and account development.
Build a qualified pipeline through targeted outreach and customer visits.
Explain seal geometry, materials, coatings, and performance tradeoffs to customers.
Coordinate with Engineering on technical responses and avoid unapproved commitments.
Develop pricing and margin recommendations with approvals.
Maintain opportunities and forecast data in ERP and reporting systems.
Report forecasts, results, and risks to leadership.
Travel as required to advance opportunities.
