Job summary

Jetseal Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business and expand market share within existing accounts and target segments.

You will lead selected technical sales pursuits, build relationships with engineers, sourcing teams, and executives, and coordinate with Engineering and Operations to deliver executable, profitable opportunities. Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop market plans, execute account strategies, and maintain accurate forecasts in Epicor ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Six or more years of progressive B2B technical sales or strategic account management.
• Experience with long-cycle, specification-driven sales involving engineers and executives.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, materials, tolerances, and application requirements.
• Forecasting, pricing, margin analysis, proposals, negotiation, CRM discipline, and reporting.
• Willingness to travel approx. 25%–35% based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market, account, and business-development plans aligned with strategy and goals.
• Identify whitespace, new programs, and opportunities; convert findings into pursuit plans.
• Lead selected strategic relationships, negotiations, and account-development activities.
• Build a qualified pipeline through outreach, visits, referrals, events, and follow-up on leads.
• Develop product/applications knowledge to discuss seal performance with technical customers.
• Coordinate internal responses with Engineering without unapproved commitments.
• Develop pricing and margin recommendations; obtain authorization before terms.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and forecast information in ERP and portals.
• Report pipeline value, revenue, backlog, and win rate; track market-share indicators.
