Job summary

Freudenberg Flow Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth in the U.S. market for engineered sealing solutions. You will identify new customers and applications, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations to deliver differentiated, value-based solutions.

The role requires strong technical aptitude, travel as needed, and adept negotiation to secure long-term partnerships with OEMs and end users.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; engineering or related technical degree preferred.
5–7+ years in business development, technical sales, sales engineering or strategic account management in engineered products/manufacturing/industrial markets.
Experience with engineered sealing solutions and related technologies is highly desirable.
Proven success in developing new business and converting complex opportunities into revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expand U.S. market share for engineered sealing solutions.
Identify and grow new customers, applications, markets, and revenue opportunities; expand with key accounts.
Build and manage a robust pipeline from identification to production transition, including pricing and negotiations.
