Job summary

White Cap is expanding its national market presence by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and suppliers. The role focuses on trade expansion in MEP, waterproofing, safety, and civil/sitework segments, driving growth and profitability across a defined territory.

You will partner with field and functional leaders, develop annual business plans, and present solutions to win key projects while ensuring effective collaboration with marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or MS/MA) with 8+ years (or 10+ years) in related field.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Expert knowledge in relevant products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and profitability of trade expansion across the defined region.
• Penetrates new markets and grows the customer base with contractors, owners, engineers.
• Builds and nurtures relationships with key stakeholders through visits, meetings, and industry involvement.
• Plans, organizes, and executes weekly agendas and supports local sales strategies to win projects.
• Over 50% overnight travel is typical.
