• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; 10+ years of related experience.
• MS/MA in related field with 8+ years preferred.
• Expert knowledge in safety products and adjacent markets.

Responsibilities

• Expand and grow adjacent trade within the company.
• Drive sales and profitability in MEPP, Waterproofing, Safety, and Geotextiles-Civil/Sitework products.
• Penetrate new markets by identifying private and public project opportunities within a defined territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, owners, and engineers via in-person visits and meetings.
• Coordinate with marketing for promotional materials for conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
• Develop annual business plans with the Regional Trade Manager and track progress.
