Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in a related field.
• MS/MA and generally 8+ years of experience in a related field.
• 5+ years' industry experience with emphasis in Safety products and services.
• Strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and profitability of trade expansion in the region (MEP, Waterproofing, Safety, Geotextiles-Civil/Sitework).
• Penetrates new markets and grows the customer base within defined territory.
• Builds relationships with contractors, suppliers, owners, and engineers through in-person visits and meetings.
• Coordinates with Marketing for collateral for conferences, trade shows, presentations, and webinars.
• Works with Regional Trade Manager to develop annual business plans and track progress.
• Collaborates with District Sales Managers and Account Managers to quote and win projects.
• Consults with engineers to assist with project designs and specifications.
• Plans, organizes, and executes weekly agendas.
