Envoc seeks a Technical Resource & Operations Manager to align technical talent with client needs and business priorities. You will bridge engineering, PM, sales, and HR to optimize resource allocation, workforce planning, and employee development.

The role emphasizes utilization, staffing, retention, and strong client delivery, while supporting onboarding and adoption of Envoc's SaaS products. Collaboration across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in technical resource management, project management, or operations.
• Experience balancing competing priorities across multiple projects.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee company-wide technical resource planning across client and internal projects.
• Assign developers, architects, QA, DevOps, designers, and specialists based on project needs and career goals.
• Monitor utilization and capacity to maximize efficiency and prevent burnout.
• Forecast upcoming staffing needs with accuracy.
• Partner with PMs to resolve staffing conflicts and changing priorities.
• Forecast hiring needs based on pipeline and sales forecasts.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend hiring or training strategies.
• Collaborate with recruiting throughout the hiring process.
• Support succession planning and long-term workforce strategy.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to support career growth.
• Identify training opportunities to strengthen technical capabilities.
• Manage support teams to ensure delivery readiness and track KPIs.
