Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Operations Manager to strengthen execution, financial stewardship, and governance across Engineering, Product, and Delivery. You will translate priorities into plans, reports, and controls to keep teams focused on business value while operating securely at scale.

You will lead planning cycles, monitor initiative health, manage budgets and SaaS assets, and coordinate security reviews and disaster recovery planning in a dynamic, enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering operations or related field.
• 3+ years supporting software engineering or product teams.
• 3+ years managing budgets, forecasts, vendor spend, contracts or invoices.
• 3+ years creating executive reports, dashboards, OKRs or KPIs.
• 2+ years coordinating workforce operations and SaaS assets.
• 3+ years using productivity and project-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly planning with OKRs and KPIs.
• Partner with Delivery and Product to monitor initiative health and capacity.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and software/cloud costs with Finance.
• Coordinate workforce operations, onboarding, and leadership meetings.
• Oversee SaaS assets, licenses, renewals, and contract performance.
• Coordinate security reviews, disaster recovery plans and documentation.
