Converge Technology Solutions UK is seeking a Services Operations Manager to oversee resource planning, forecasting, utilization, and staffing governance across the professional services portfolio. You will serve as the central coordinating point among Sales, PMO, Delivery Leaders, and Operations to ensure the right resources are assigned to the right projects at the right time.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of resource management, workforce planning, or PMO operations.
• Experience forecasting, utilization reporting, and capacity planning across multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee enterprise-wide resource allocation across services, projects, programs, and clients.
• Coordinate staffing requests based on skills, availability, utilization targets, location, and client requirements.
• Develop short-term and long-term resource forecasts and capacity plans.
• Monitor utilization metrics and drive optimization and profitability targets.
• Lead governance meetings and reporting dashboards for staffing.
