Job summary

Envocore, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for office, field, and project roles nationwide. The role partners with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, sources and screens candidates, coordinates pre-employment steps, and maintains recruitment records.

Travel to job sites and events is required. You will build talent pipelines, create branded job postings, and collaborate with staffing partners.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for multiple positions or locations.
• Knowledge of lawful hiring practices and proper interview documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Develop diverse candidate sources through job boards, referrals, colleges, and networks.
• Conduct structured screens and document selections objectively.
