Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Business Line Lead / Recruiting Manager to own talent delivery for a key Maritime and Maneuver Dominance Business Line. You will blend strategic partnership with hands-on recruiting or people leadership, or both.

You will translate business objectives into hiring strategies, manage demand and capacity, and ensure the right talent lands on critical programs.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive TA experience; autonomous; partner with VP-level stakeholders.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience in complex technical environments.
• Strong business acumen; connect hiring to program milestones and revenue.
• Excellent analytical skills; use data to drive prioritization.
• Experience leading hiring initiatives beyond individual searches.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end TA strategy for the assigned Business Line; headcount planning and demand management.
• Advise BL leadership using market intel, hiring data, and capacity models.
• Define hiring goals, SLAs, and success metrics; report progress with dashboards.
• Partner with BizOps, Finance, Workforce Planning on headcount and budget.
• Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for senior leadership and key experts.
• Provide people leadership for recruiters; manage performance and development.
• Lead cross-functional hiring initiatives and surge campaigns.
• Maintain market expertise on compensation dynamics and talent availability.
