Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Business Line Lead / Recruiting Manager to own talent delivery for a key Business Line within our Tactical Reconnaissance & Strike Division. You will blend strategic partnership with hands-on recruitment or people leadership, depending on track.

In this role you’ll translate business objectives into hiring strategies, manage demand against capacity, and ensure top talent lands on programs on time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive TA experience with business-unit hiring strategy.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in complex technical environments.
• Strong business acumen: connect hiring outcomes to milestones and revenue.
• Excellent analytical skills: use data to drive prioritization and leadership storytelling.
• Experience leading surge campaigns, batch hiring, and portfolio prioritization.
• Operate with high autonomy in ambiguous environments with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end TA strategy for the assigned Business Line.
• Partner with BL leadership using market intelligence, hiring data, and capacity models.
• Define and manage hiring goals, SLAs, and dashboards with transparency on pipeline health.
• Collaborate with Division BizOps, Finance, and Workforce Planning on headcount and budget.
• Own hiring progress reporting and escalation for blockers.
• Personally own full-cycle recruitment for senior leadership and key technical roles.
• Lead cross-functional hiring initiatives, surge campaigns, and ramp-to-milestone efforts.
• Provide direct people leadership for recruiters and drive performance reviews.
