Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology leader, seeks a Business Line Lead / Recruiting Manager to own talent delivery for a key Business Line. You will combine strategic partnership with hands-on recruiting or direct people leadership, or both, embedding deeply within the program to translate objectives into hiring strategies and hit program milestones.

You will own hiring plans, reporting, and escalations, acting as the voice of TA to the business and ensuring the right talent lands on

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive TA experience with autonomous ownership of hiring strategy.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting in complex technical environments.
• Strong business acumen connecting hiring to program milestones and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end TA strategy for the assigned Business Line, including headcount planning and demand management.
• Partner with BL leadership to influence decisions using market intel and capacity models.
• Lead recruitment for senior leadership and key technical roles with high business context.
• Manage reporting, SLAs, and escalation for hiring blockers and pipeline health.
