Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Business Line Lead / Recruiting Manager to own talent delivery for a Maritime Division, blending strategic partnership with hands-on recruiting execution or direct people leadership, depending on track. You translate business objectives into hiring plans and ensure talent lands on programs at the right time.

On the IC track, you’ll personally lead complex searches while guiding the recruiting squad; on the PL track, you’ll manage a team, coach, and allocate

Qualifications

• 10+ years of TA experience with autonomous responsibility for a business-unit hiring strategy.
• Credible practitioner in full-cycle recruiting within a complex technical environment.
• Strong business acumen, connecting hiring outcomes to program milestones and revenue.
• Experience leading hiring initiatives beyond individual searches: surge campaigns, batch hiring, portfolio management.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end TA strategy for your assigned Business Line, including headcount planning, demand management, requisition prioritization, and delivery against hiring targets.
• Advise BL leadership using market intelligence, hiring data, and capacity models to influence decisions and shape the talent roadmap.
• Define and manage hiring goals, SLAs, and success metrics for your Business Line—reporting progress with dashboards and transparency on pipeline health, risks, and capacity.
• Personally own and execute full-cycle recruitment for the most critical, complex roles within your Business Line, including senior leadership and first-of-their-kind roles.
• Lead major cross-functional hiring initiatives and surge efforts for your BL, acting as the single-threaded owner for program execution.
