Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Business Line Lead / Recruiting Manager to own talent delivery for a key Maritime Division. You will couple strategic business partnership with hands-on recruiting or people leadership, embedding with the BL to translate programs into hiring plans and ensure talent lands on time.

As IC lead, you execute complex searches while guiding the recruiting squad; as PL lead, you coach recruiters and manage performance, capacity, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have deep experience in talent delivery and recruiting strategy.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decisions.
• Experience owning end-to-end recruitment and delivering complex searches.
• Strong data analysis and ability to tie hiring to program milestones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end TA strategy for the assigned Business Line, including headcount planning and delivery against milestones.
• Advise BL leadership using market intelligence, hiring data, and capacity models.
• Define hiring goals, SLAs, and KPIs; report progress with transparency on pipeline health and risk.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical roles and manage recruiter performance and capacity.
• Set and uphold recruiting standards: sourcing, engagement, assessment, and closing.
• Lead cross-functional hiring initiatives and surge campaigns for the BL.
