Orkes, based in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter for Engineering and GTM to partner with HR and executive leadership. This strategic, hands-on role owns full-cycle recruiting for technical and GTM functions in a fast-growing startup.

You will build proactive sourcing pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and drive interview processes to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The position offers stock options and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for venture-backed startups or high-growth SaaS.
• Hiring Software Engineers, Platform Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, and Engineering Leaders.
• Experience recruiting Go-to-Market talent including Enterprise Account Executives.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Own Technical Recruiting: lead full-cycle recruiting for software, platform, cloud infra, solutions, product, and leadership roles.
• Support GTM Hiring: recruit for Enterprise Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Solutions Architects, and leadership.
• Build Talent Pipelines: proactive sourcing, passive candidate relationships, healthy future pipelines.
• Partner with Hiring Leaders: advise on market trends, compensation, intake meetings, and interview processes.
• Improve Recruiting Operations: manage ATS, reporting, efficiency; collaborate with agencies when needed.
