Lab37 is seeking a Recruiter to scale technical and operational teams in Los Angeles. This role involves owning the recruitment lifecycle for Mechanical Engineering, Operations, and GTM roles, driving strategic initiatives, and engaging high-caliber talent.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and operational roles.
• Proven success running complex searches, especially in Mechanical Engineering or Commercial roles.
• Comfort advising hiring managers on market dynamics and hiring strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across multiple geographies.
• Drive strategic recruiting initiatives and strengthen team capability.
• Build strong pipelines through creative sourcing and proactive engagement.
